Michael Grosman CEO, is an experienced channel brand manager with international franchise development experience in Automotive and renewable energy markets. He has a passion for working with Franchisees’ to help them realize their goals. Business development through well structured operational processes combined with a flair for developing new markets have been a hallmark of his approach to building businesses.
Over the last 25 years, Mike with a strong technical ability has grown companies in various markets through global distribution agreements, strategic partnerships and creative management guidance.
At the Eve Motor Group, he brings his executive management experience to the team. He is instrumental in shaping the direction of the company with a vision to help bring to widespread commercial acceptance the use of electricity in powering Australia’s vehicles both consumer and commercial.
Prior to founding The Eve Motor Group, Mike has worked in the capital markets divisions of various Australian and English investment banks including Schroder's, Citibank and Euro Pacific.
Mike also served as CEO of Kirkland Whitaker from 1983 to 1988, which at the time he grew into one of Australia’s largest money broking houses with offices around the world.

Les has been involved with the mechanical side of the auto trade since the age of 14. With extensive experience with everything automotive from designing race cars to electric cars of all shapes and sizes. He has the hands on experience of upgrading over 120 vehicles to all electric for customers around Australia. Les was the first person in Australia to offer a standard EV upgrade kit.
Les has a huge depth of practical knowledge of the EV world gained through trial and error. "Les would easily have the greatest understanding and practical experience in the EV market in Australia", and would rank amongst the top experts worldwide.
From a training perspective Les has mentored and upgraded vehicles for some of the up and coming faces in the EV and solar racing market in Australia.
With a passion for seeing the EV vehicle become the "norm" for everyone Les is an immensely valuable asset to the group.

With his formal training in electronics engineering and having an in depth understanding of all of the components and systems associated with an Electric vehicle. Mal is one of the few people in the world who has upgraded a vehicle to all electric using industrial AC components.
His knowledge of embedded software and motor controller configurations has made him a valuable resource to many people and companies that are looking at developing products for the electric vehicle market. As our CTO Mal is best suited to making sure all our upgraded vehicles have the best possible components and he is always talking with new suppliers and companies with cutting edge technology designed for the Electric vehicle. | | | | | | Yann Soulliart | | |
Yann is an IT guru specialising in mass data management and network solutions. As part of the executive management for Hutchinson telecom Asia he was responsible for developing an extremely cost efficient method of integrating, monitoring and allocating all costs and payments associated with the SMS traffic network.
Yann brings a huge amount of understanding and capability to ensure our success in rolling out a very cost effective system for our EVE Re-Charge smart grid applications | | | | | | Chris Pond
| | | Chris is responsible for all the design and project management workups for our solar power charging stations. He also works closely with the installing contractors for the EVE Recharge network. Chris has been involved in the design and installation of solar power systems for over 12 years now. Chris is one of a handful of people in Australia, capable of designing and installing large commercial PV systems.
With more than a couple of hundred solar power systems installed and recently completing his third 36KVA system. Chris brings an immense knowledge bank and capability to the EVE Motor Group, and in particular the EVE Recharge network.
Prior to entering the solar power market, Chris was a licensed electrical contractor, specialising in industrial fit outs. He has been active in the promotion of the solar power industry and its many benefits and is extremely excited about having the capability to offer all EV owners whether individuals, small business or large commercial fleets the ability to source their own electricity to power their electric vehicles.
